Your call is booked!
Your booking is confirmed.
We’ve sent confirmation details to your email.
You’re all set. One of our pension tracing advisers will call you at the time you chose. Look out for a confirmation in your inbox — if it’s not there in a few minutes, check your spam folder.
What happens on the call
It’s a straightforward conversation, not a sales pitch. Your adviser will explain how the pension trace works, answer your questions, and show you exactly how we track down old and forgotten pots. By the end you’ll know precisely what we can do for you and what it costs. No pressure, no jargon.
Have these handy (it makes the call quicker)
- The names of any employers you’ve worked for, even years ago
- Roughly when you worked at each one — approximate dates are fine
- Any old pension paperwork or letters you can find, but don’t worry if you have none
- Your National Insurance number, if you know where it is
None of this is essential. If you can’t find any of it, we can still help — it just speeds things up.
Why it’s worth turning up
The Pensions Policy Institute estimates there’s over £31 billion sitting in lost and unclaimed pensions across the UK, spread across 3.3 million pots worth an average of £9,470 each. A short call is how you find out if some of it is yours.
Need to change the time? No problem — use the reschedule link in your confirmation email, or call us. If you can’t make it, a quick heads-up means we can offer the slot to someone else.
