Most pensions are traced within 2–6 weeks. Some are found much sooner. More complex cases — such as older pensions, company schemes, or missing employer records — can take longer. We keep you updated throughout the process.

No. Pension Pie is a pension tracing service. Once your pensions are found, the choice of what to do next is entirely yours. There is no obligation to consolidate, transfer, or take further action

No. Pension Pie does not provide regulated financial advice. We focus on tracing and organising your pension information. If you later want advice,  we can make an appointment with one of our trusted qualifed adviser partners, but you are free to speak to a regulated financial adviser of your choosing.

Our standard service costs £225, which includes tracing up to 5 pensions. Additional pensions are charged at £40 per pension. All pricing is clear and agreed upfront.

You receive a clear summary of what’s been located, who the providers are, and how much your pensions are worth (where available). From there, you decide your next steps — whether that’s leaving things as they are, consolidating elsewhere, or seeking advice.

In the majority of cases, pensions are found. Where something genuinely no longer exists or was never set up, we’ll tell you — clearly and honestly — and explain why.
